Biography.
Alexander B. Possino is an Employment Litigator in the Pittsburgh office of Bulldog Trial Lawyers. His legal practice is focused on representing employees in employment disputes across the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and nationally, including wage-and-hour claims, workplace discrimination and harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and workers’ compensation claims, in addition to personal injury litigation.
Prior to answering his calling as a Plaintiff’s attorney, Alex spent years defending a wide range of personal injury and workplace disputes, including high-exposure trucking cases, nursing home medical malpractice lawsuits and workers’ compensation matters.
His experience includes managing a substantial case load, arguing dispositive motions, conducting depositions of a wide swath of witnesses including medical and vocational experts, and presenting cases, issues and arguments in hearings and mediation.
At Bulldog Trial Lawyers, Alex applies his litigation experience to advocate for employees and pursue civil claims. Having previously evaluated disputes from the defense side, he anticipates opposing strategies and thoroughly develops every aspect of a case with an eye toward mediation and trial. That perspective often proves decisive when a case turns on competing accounts, medical evidence, or the credibility of a witness.
Alex earned his J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and graduated cum laude from Florida State University. Alex has received recognition for his client advocacy, having been selected by Super Lawyers as a Pennsylvania Rising Star for 2024 through 2026.
